In this role, you will engage consumers directly, educating them on President’s Choice Financial Products and fostering strong brand connections within retail environments. Responsibilities: Educate customers on the benefits and features of President’s Choice Financial products. Assess customer needs to provide tailored product recommendations. Deliver exceptional customer service and promote brand advocacy. Engage creatively with customers to communicate product advantages. Establish lasting relationships with store staff and collaborate effectively. Maintain customer confidentiality and manage sensitive information with care. Generate excitement around the brand through expert knowledge and advocacy. Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, particularly in retail or financial services. Comfortable meeting sales targets and pursuing ambitious goals. Friendly, personable, and skilled in customer acquisition and relationship-building. Strong communication and active listening abilities. High integrity and professionalism, especially with confidential information. Willingness to undergo a criminal and credit background check. Passion for ongoing learning and development through training and coaching. Access to a reliable vehicle or a valid driver’s license is preferred.
