Join the Huey Magoo’s Team as our Field Marketing Specialist! We're looking for an organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented Field Marketing Specialist to support marketing initiatives that directly impact our restaurant locations. In this highly collaborative role, you'll partner with the Field Marketing Manager to execute local and national marketing programs, support franchisees with their marketing efforts, coordinate new restaurant opening campaigns, and help drive guest engagement through CRM and loyalty initiatives. As the Field Marketing Manager, some responsibilities will include: * Supporting franchisees with local marketing initiatives while ensuring alignment with brand standards and approved marketing strategies. * Assisting with the execution of national, regional, and local marketing campaigns across franchise and corporate-owned restaurants. * Coordinating marketing calendars, promotional rollouts, and campaign execution to ensure timely implementation. * Tracking, monitoring, and reporting on restaurant-level marketing activities and campaign performance. * Supporting CRM and loyalty marketing initiatives, including customer engagement programs and rewards campaigns. * Assisting with grand opening marketing efforts, including pre-opening promotions, launch activities, and post-opening performance tracking. * Coordinating projects with advertising agencies, print vendors, and external partners to ensure marketing materials are delivered accurately and on time. * Managing administrative and operational tasks including invoice processing, budget tracking, reporting, and project coordination. * Serving as a day-to-day marketing resource for franchisees and supporting their local marketing success. * Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to support restaurant-level marketing initiatives and company growth. What We're Looking For: * 1-3 years of marketing experience (restaurant or franchise experience a plus) * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. * Experience supporting marketing campaigns, promotions, or customer engagement initiatives. * Familiarity with CRM platforms, loyalty programs, or digital marketing tools is a plus.
