Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimise integrated multi-channel programs and campaigns to new and existing customers, with a focus on attracting and engaging new business prospects, nurturing leads, and optimising conversion pathways
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales leaders whilst using a data driven and collaborative mindset to develop strategy and take a performance-based approach
  • Work closely with other marketing functions and resources (e.g. digital, content, creative) to ensure the alignment of all demand generation activities including ownership of campaign calendars
  • Ensure Business Development Representative (BDR) team alignment for all demand campaigns (inbound and outbound) including lead management
  • Establish, maintain, and optimise scalable processes that ensure best practises in campaigns and lead management, including tracking lead lifecycle and conversion rates throughout the pipeline
  • Define activity success metrics and own the performance analysis of demand generation activities, ensuring ongoing optimisation, and analyse marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimisation to meet targets
  • Agency, supplier and budget management
  • Ensure full utilisation of the company’s Martech stack to support demand generation activitie
