As a Field Marketing Specialist, you will be the bridge between our global brand strategy and local market execution. You are responsible for bringing the Sana brand to life through high-touch field activations, while working in lockstep with the Sales and Marketing "Squads" to turn engagement into high-quality pipeline.. Job Description What you'll be doing: 1. Strategic Field Execution & Brand Activation Brand Ambassadorship: Bring the Sana brand to life locally through the strategic execution of events, sponsorships, and field camps. Localized Activation: Translate demand signals, campaign momentum, and partner insights into high-touch, localized field activation campaigns aligned to the TAL (Target Account List). Full-Funnel Movement: Design and run field initiatives (roundtables, 1:1 workshops, partner co-touchpoints). 2. Campaign & Performance Support Strategic Alignment: Lean in to support the Campaign Manager and Performance Manager to ensure field efforts are synchronized with broader digital and demand generation motions. Mid-Funnel Acceleration: Accelerate mid-funnel progression by diagnosing buyer needs early and aligning the right next steps before formal sales cycles even begin. Feedback Loop: Feed qualitative field insights back into Campaign, Demand Performance, Lifecycle, and Agent Manager motions to optimize future strategies. 3. Sales Enablement & Pipeline Quality Actionable Insights: Provide the Sales team with context-rich engagement insights (buyer challenges, priorities, and readiness) to enable timely, relevant, and personalized follow-up. Pipeline Focus: Align closely with the Squad to ensure all field efforts support pipeline quality, prioritizing high-value opportunities over mere activity. Qualifications What you'll bring: Experience: 3+ years in marketing with a focus on digital channels and campaign results. Data Skills: Ability to analyze metrics and use them to improve future campaigns. Sales Mindset: Experience working with Sales teams to ensure leads are followed up. Email & Automation: Skilled in building and testing outbound email tactics (ideally in Marketo). Software: Hands-on experience with CRM (Dynamics 365), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
