POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This full-time role is ideal for someone with at least 3+ years of cannabis industry experience (beyond budtending) and a strong background in sales or marketing. The role blends trade marketing and customer success responsibilities to boost product visibility, drive retail performance, and build lasting relationships across dispensaries in Oregon state.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years in sales or marketing, including 3+ years in the cannabis industry (beyond budtending).
• Strong grasp of Washington cannabis retail dynamics and compliance.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), Google Suite, and email communication.
• Must be available to work weekdays and weekends with flexibility for fieldwork.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience with vendor-managed inventory (VMI) systems.
• Familiarity with cannabis distribution platforms (e.g., Nabis).
• Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva) for basic POS asset creation.
• Strong analytical skills using tools like Hoodie Analytics.
