About the Role We’re looking for a Marketing Events & Engagement Specialist who thrives at the intersection of creativity and execution. In this role, you’ll bring our brand to life out in the field — creating impactful experiences, programs, and tools that inspire contractors, engage dealers, and support our sales team. You’ll get hands-on with event activations, marketing campaigns, and customer recognition programs that build loyalty and advocacy across the industry. This is a highly visible role with plenty of room to innovate, take ownership, and make an immediate impact.   What You’ll Do * Create experiences that connect – Plan, promote, and execute events, demonstrations, and sales blitzes that showcase FastenMaster’s innovation and give contractors hands-on product experiences. * Build loyalty programs – Develop initiatives like our “Most Valuable PRO” recognition program to celebrate top customers and turn them into brand champions. * Elevate dealer partnerships – Lead dealer advocate programs and in-store merchandising to make FastenMaster stand out at the point of sale. * Drive field marketing content – Design tools, promotions, and branded assets for our sales team to use in the field. * Own the details – Manage event logistics, vendor negotiations, budgets, and post-event analysis to ensure every activation hits its mark. * Collaborate across teams – Work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing colleagues to align field marketing with our larger growth strategies   Position Responsibilities * Promote Safety as the Number One priority of all OMG employees. * Design, develop, manage, and optimize content and tools for use by our FSR team. Qualifications What We’re Looking For * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. * 2+ years of marketing, events, or sales enablement experience. * A creative, solutions-oriented mindset with strong organizational and project management skills. * Excellent communication skills — comfortable presenting ideas and building relationships with both internal teams and external partners. * A self-starter who can juggle multiple projects, manage details, and still keep the big picture in mind. * Bonus points for experience in graphic design, Salesforce, or Pardot — but not required. Physical Requirements * Ability to work in high-noise areas and wear appropriate hearing protection devices. * Ability to operate a motor vehicle while maintaining focus on safe driving and avoiding all distractions when behind the wheel, especially cell phones. * Ability to walk, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance; and occasionally lift/push/pull up to 15 pounds.    Must be able to complete all essential job functions listed in the position responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.     Benefits  * Robust Safety Team to prioritize your safety * Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council promotes an inclusive environment where all employees feel valued, respected, and heard * Medical, Dental, Vision coverage * Life Insurance, Short Term and Long Term Disability, etc. * 401(k) and Roth IRA options, with company match, after 30 days * Paid Holidays – no waiting period * Multiple Bonus Opportunities, such as referrals and new hires * Tuition Reimbursement * Wellness Membership Reimbursement * On Site Yoga, Massage & Fitness Training * Career Advancement Opportunities   * Employee Recognition Programs   * Summer BBQ’s, Transparent Communication, Health & Wellness Challenges, and many other Employee Events * Financial Wellness Program * Raffles, OMG gear, prizes… and more!
