PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: (Include but not limited to:) Oversee daily IH, CMP, and MV operations at site level and ensure KPI achievement Lead and coach Team Leaders and Field Marketing Hosts Monitor manifests, booking accuracy, reporting and system compliance Support recruitment, onboarding, training and staff development Drive guest experience standards, service excellence and HEART culture Collaborate with Sales, FO, Transport, and Operations for seamless guest flow Act as Field Marketing Manager support during periods of absence Ensure compliance with company policies, government requirements, and OH&S KEY POSITION CRITERIA: Proven extensive management experience, preferably in Team Leader Role. Fluent in English and good communication skills. Community Marketing Program and In House experience, including direct selling, and track record of results. Exceptional customer service focus. Ability to read and interpret documents such as guidelines, instructions and manuals. Ability to draft process manuals and adhoc reports and correspondence. Absolute attention to detail and accuracy. Computer literate in Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn Company specific systems. Problem solving skills, patience and good listening skills. Ability to work in fast paced environment. Demonstrated ability to assist guests and co-workers in a professional, helpful, and positive manner. Possesses productive, energetic and self-motivated attributes. Strong personal values regarding customer service, delivering on the promise and integrity. Presents oneself as a professional role model.
