Job Description
As a Field Marketing Team Lead for North America, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a high-performing team of two Field Marketing professionals. This strategic and highly collaborative leadership role bridges the gap between regional marketing execution and sales alignment. You will set direction, coach your team, and ensure that marketing initiatives drive measurable business outcomes—building pipeline, accelerating deals, and driving regional revenue.
Working in close partnership with the regional sales team, you will drive retention and growth in existing customer accounts while bringing new target customers into the business, meet sales pipeline development and acceleration needs, and support our continued growth ambitions across everything.
You will need to be a results-driven leader with unwavering confidence in your ability to oversee the execution of a program of regional marketing activities. In addition to amazing organizational skills and stakeholder management skills, you will need to be a natural at understanding customers and building strong relationships with a truly data-driven mindset. The key to success in this role will be the ability to influence, partner and work across the many teams within The Adaptavist Group to create successful outcomes.

Marketing planning and execution oversight:
Actively contribute to regular regional marketing planning in conjunction with your business partners – aligning and prioritizing the needs of multiple stakeholders to drive a cohesive plan, including budgets for the region.
Ensure enablement of regional business development and sales development - to maximize the outcomes of campaigns and activities.
Work closely with regional sales development to build reporting; align to key metrics for the region to understand the impact being created, with regular stakeholder reporting and optimization.
