Position Summary:
Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, the Field Monitor is responsible for supporting field and event operations, assisting with setup, logistics, and client inquiries, and ensuring smooth activity coordination. The list of functions outlined below is representative and not a complete and detailed list of tasks which may be performed by the Field Monitor.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Set up and takes down equipment for rentals and events on the field
  • Helps event staff with varsity gameday logistics
  • Monitors the fields and makes sure everything runs smoothly
  • Greets members and clients and answers specific inquiries
  • Aids in emergency protocols
  • Completes incidental reports when needed and reports back to supervisor
  • Completes checklists and reports back to supervisor

Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities

  • One year of relevant experience in the field of work.
