JOIN OUR TEAM AS A FIELD NURSERY MANAGER!

We’re looking for a dedicated Field Nursery Manager to join our team and provide vital leadership cover across our Midlands nurseries for sickness and annual leave.
You’ll begin your journey supporting our Northfield Nursery (Birmingham, B31 2HU) for an initial 9-month period. After this, you’ll continue in your role by providing management cover across our other nurseries within the Midlands area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to lead and inspire within a well-established settings at The Old Station Nursery Group.
To be considered for this role you must hold a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification, along with previous experience leading a team within a Nursery environment.

• Proven experience in managing and inspiring teams within a childcare setting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the EYFS framework and best practices in early years education.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor, motivate, and drive a team towards excellence.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills to build positive partnerships with families and staff.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for creating brighter futures for children.
