About the Role We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our Tree Establishment & Mowing Team. While the primary focus of this role is on mowing, the successful candidate will also contribute to a variety of horticultural and grounds maintenance tasks. Key Responsibilities: * Grounds Maintenance: Participate in front and mid-deck mowing, tractor cutting, and broadleaf spraying at various locations within the City of Tea Tree Gully. * Support Tree Planting/Watering: Assist in planting 1,600–2,000 trees annually across streets and reserves when mowing duties slow. * Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure high-quality outcomes and contribute to a positive team environment. * Customer Service: Deliver timely, community-focused service while maintaining high operational and safety standards.
