Employee Contract Type: Local - Fixed Term Employee (Fixed Term) Job Description: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Work plan is developed for the field implementation and project activities completed according to plan The work plan in place which aligns with strategic priorities and priority areas identified by Project Implementing the project activities of the outputs in targeted areas by the guidance of supervisor—with the technical support by the officers of protection, WASH and monitoring & evaluation Select and train the community-based volunteers to provide the awareness and MHPSS to the community member Ensure filed monitoring, reporting and accountability Collect data on the activity implementation by collaboration of M&E officer and volunteers Regular submission of implementation report on time Respond community feedback and complaint with the support of project team Carry out or engage task with good judgement and responsibly. Perform additional duties and assignments proactively By actively participating with manager in producing a relevant and jointly agreed development plan The plan will identify key areas which will assist in personal and professional development consistent with World Vision’s strategic goals By demonstrating an understanding of and commitment to World Vision’s Core Values in the approach to work and relationships – see Person Specification KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND EXPERIENCE Any bachelor's degree is essential and higher degree is preferable Extensive experience of training, presenting and facilitating protection issues and child related issues is preferable Experience of working within an NGO environment is preferable Good in English is preferred Experience in emergency response situation Regular field visit to targeted area Good health and travel to project area Good knowledge of International HEA Standards Able to work under pressure to deadlines and prioritize work effectively Knowledge on establishing and rehabilitating Temporary Learning Spaces (TLS) Training curriculum and training facilitation Well knowledge in education background Computer skill (MS Word, Excel) both in English and Myanmar Applicant Types Accepted: Local Applicants Only Our vision for every child, life in all its fullness.
