RESPONSIBILITY

  • Ensure the optimal handling of customer claims by guaranteeing timely and effective solutions
  • Ensuring the correct management of operational processes and organisation of field resources
  • Ensuring the correct sizing of the workforce according to market demand and internal demand in relation to sales
  • Ensuring the correct coordination of technical and training know-how towards field resources.

REQUIREMENTS

Degree in mechanical or electronic engineering or technical diploma

Specialised technical knowledge:

  • Willingness to travel for customer visits
  • English language B1/B2
  • Reading electrical mechanical technical drawing
  • Principles of thermodynamics
  • Customer care processes
  • Organisational and management skills
