As a Field Operations Staff, you will be at the forefront of executing and supporting day-to-day operational activities. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining coordination with our driver partners, managing field logistics, and ensuring the smooth implementation of initiatives that bring our campaigns to life on the ground. 🌟 What You’ll Do Oversee and execute day-to-day operational activities across StickEarn projects. Maintain regular communication with StickEarn’s partners (drivers) to ensure smooth coordination and engagement. Manage the registration process for all new driver partners associated with StickEarn. Assist in various cross-functional initiatives and events tied to StickEarn’s operational efforts. Conduct quality control (QC) checks for operational materials and implementations throughout Indonesia. ✅ What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in any major. Minimum 2 years of experience in an operational or field-related role, or fresh graduates with relevant internship or project involvement are welcome to apply. Prior experience in field operations or working with drivers/partner networks is a strong advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to manage operational data effectively. Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive in supporting fast-moving field activities.
