The Field Operations Team Lead is responsible for the day‑to‑day coordination and performance management of field drivers, operations, vehicles, and equipment. This role ensures delivery excellence across productivity, quality, incident response, reporting, safety, and compliance, following established operational guidelines. You will partner with regional teams, drivers, fleet partners, and client stakeholders to ensure production goals and KPIs are consistently achieved. Key Responsibilities Lead the management of daily field operations to ensure Target Kilometers and coverage plans are achieved. Coordinate driver scheduling, readiness, training completion, telematics onboarding, and compliance checks. Drive operational productivity—monitor active cars, mapping hours, daily output, and resource availability. Ensure safety, parking, disk handling, and equipment guidelines are strictly followed. Respond to incidents (accidents, PR issues, technical failures) within required SLA timeframes. Produce required daily, weekly, and monthly reports with accurate performance metrics. Identify performance gaps, execute corrective actions, and escalate risks promptly. Oversee fleet readiness, equipment distribution, consumable management, and chain‑of‑custody. Support resource scaling (ramp‑up and ramp‑down) to meet operational demand within required timelines. Maintain strong communication across internal teams and external client partners. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Asset Utilization: ≥85% Coverage Completion: ≥90% Daily Target KM: ≥40 KM per driver per day (or regional threshold) Mapping Hours: ≥6.5 hours of mapping per 8‑hour shift Quality Control: ≥95% accepted imagery (≤5% bad images) Safety: 0 driver‑fault accidents / 0 PR incidents Reporting SLA: 100% on-time delivery (daily/weekly/monthly) Incident Response: 1‑hour accident/PR reporting, 4‑hour tech escalations Ramp‑Up/Ramp‑Down: Delivery within 10–20 days / 15–20 days Expense Management: 100% accuracy, compliance, documentation Corrective Actions: Completed within 3 business days Strong background in field operations, fleet management, logistics, mobility, or mapping projects. Ability to manage and coach remote field teams. Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to escalate effectively. Proficiency with spreadsheets, dashboards, telematics, and field reporting tools. Experience with training, performance audits, or quality control is a plus. Must hold a valid driver’s license (minimum 1-year validity preferred). Ability to travel within the region as required.
