We’re looking for reliable, handy, and flexible local associates to help us with property walkthroughs, light repairs, and urgent on-site support. This is a great role for someone who enjoys variety, solving problems, and making extra income with flexible hours.

• Perform property walkthroughs & inspections (seasonal checks, guest turnover checks).
• Handle light handyman tasks (changing batteries, fixing loose handles, checking WiFi, replacing filters).
• Respond to urgent guest issues on-site (lockouts, appliance resets, urgent site visits).
• Meet and coordinate with cleaners, vendors, or tradespeople.
• Submit photo/video reports after every job.
• Perform light cleaning, staging, or touch-ups during inspections (e.g., wiping counters, adjusting décor, fluffing pillows, clearing small debris) to ensure guest-ready presentation.
