Job Summary: The Field Operations Dispatcher supports the CMMS Administrator and Tradesmen by managing incoming orders, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery of services and goods. The Details: Position Type: Full-Time, Year-Round Season Dates: As soon as possible Pay: $20.45 Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays) Why the Oasis at Death Valley? Responsibilities Coordinates field staff, equipment and service schedules Assigns service technicians for specific daily duties Dispatch assigned personnel daily to ensure workflow through HotSOS and ensure workorders are closed in accordance to budget, quality and safety standards. Manage day to day execution of projects and those as assigned by Director and Assistant Director of Engineering through HotSOS and other systems. Receive and process incoming parts/maintenance requests from guest and employees and other departments. Verify for accuracy, input in systems and dispatch to appropriate Maintenance Technicians for service. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and addressing customer concerns related to parts and services and maintenance. Ensure accurate and timely completion of paperwork and job orders. Provide needed parts for repair and maintenance of facilities. Provide control and accountability of inventory. Provide support and input for further development of computerized maintenance tracking system. Prepares work orders, the closing of work orders and executes the dispatch of service calls to the appropriate crew. Supports the CMMS Administrator as required. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications Knowledge of mechanical parts preferred. Ability to verbally communicate with vendors. Ability to provide a physical count of stock items. Must possess a valid driver’s license. Warehouse experience helpful. Physical Requirements include: Must be able to lift 30 pounds. Must be able to bend, push, pull, kneel, lift and stand for extended periods of time.
