Overview
High-Definition Concrete Services. is looking for a motivated and reliable Field Operations Employee to join our growing Formwork and Placing Services Division. We are a family-owned, multi-generational concrete company serving the Greater Vancouver Area. We pride ourselves on innovation, teamwork, and providing excellent service to our clients across all business segments: Ready-Mix Concrete, Volumetric Concrete, Laboratory Services, Research and Development, and Formwork and Placing Services.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License (clean driving record required).
· Ability to drive company truck and trailers safely.
· Physically fit and able to perform labor-intensive tasks (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods).
· Strong teamwork and communication skills.
· Previous experience in construction, concrete, or related field is an asset.
· Willingness to work flexible hours (Monday–Friday, 10:00 am – 8:00 pm, with occasional weekends as needed).

· Communicate clearly with the HD Coordinator.
· Pick up materials from suppliers and deliver them to project sites using the company truck and trailer.
· Perform saw cutting of concrete as needed (typically 1–3 times per week).
· Assist on-site or at the batch plant yard when required.
· Help with on-site measurements and takeoffs.
· Support project delivery by performing general labour duties, such as stripping forms and assisting crews.
· Take part in plant yard duties when needed.
· Always follow all HD safety policies and procedures.
