Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Field Operations Manager to oversee daily field operations, manage technicians, ensure job quality, and drive operational efficiency. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance team management with customer satisfaction.

EXPERIENCE

• 2+ years of experience in field operations, home services, or related industries (cleaning, construction, pest control, landscaping, etc.)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Comfort with technology (scheduling software, CRM, mobile apps)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather

Full-time, Monday–Saturday, (5 shifts a week)

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

• Lead, train, and support field technicians to deliver high-quality service
• Schedule, coordinate, and dispatch crews to jobs across the service area
• Conduct quality control checks and ensure safety protocols are followed
• Oversee equipment and vehicle maintenance, inventory, and supply ordering
• Troubleshoot field issues and provide solutions in real-time
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new technicians
• Track performance metrics and contribute to operational improvements
• Communicate with customers when needed to ensure satisfaction
