We are a growing exterior cleaning company serving residential and commercial clients across the Lower Mainland. Our services include pressure washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, roof treatments, and more. Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Field Operations Manager to oversee daily field operations, manage technicians, ensure job quality, and drive operational efficiency. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance team management with customer satisfaction.

EXPERIENCE

  • 2+ years of experience in field operations, home services, or related industries (cleaning, construction, pest control, landscaping, etc.)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfort with technology (scheduling software, CRM, mobile apps)
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather
