Isenhour Door Products — a growing leader in the commercial door and hardware industry — is looking for a Director of Installation to drive our field operations across Middle Tennessee. You’ll Lead multiple installation teams, partner with the team on Training, and ensure every project is delivered with focuses on safety, precision, quality. We’re looking for a hands-on leader who develops people, refines processes, and builds scalable performance — all within a culture of trust and professionalism. What You'll Do: Align field operations with Project Management and Shop Operations Strengthen subcontractor and installation partner relationships Monitor KPIs (labor hours, punch rates, profitability) to drive results Serve as final escalation point for field performance, problem solving, and safety Requirements What You Bring. 3-5+ years leading installation or construction operations Proven ability to lead through others and hold teams accountable Experience managing both field and office-based functions Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management tools (e.g., Fieldwire, Comsense, MS Project) Construction experience (doors, frames, hardware) strongly preferred but not required OSHA 30 or similar safety certification a plus
