Job Title: Field Operations Manager – Luxury Homes
Location: London (On Site)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00
Rate: £18–22/hr + monthly bonuses

GUEST & OWNER EXPERIENCE

• Personally welcome incoming guests: check-in support, key handover, and home orientation
• Manage on-site guest payments and damage deposit collection
• Be the on-the-ground contact for guest inquiries, emergencies, and concierge requests
• Uphold Madestays’ guest satisfaction standard (95%+ 5-star reviews)
• Represent Madestays with owners during viewings, handovers, and operational updates
