Schedule: Full time / Schedule varies to support operational needs

ABOUT US

We’re not just another moving or labor company. We’re a growing, dynamic team that’s passionate about delivering a stress-free, caring experience for our clients—and that starts with valuing and empowering our employees.
As we enter an exciting growth phase and expand into new service offerings, we’re looking for a Field Operations Manager who shares our commitment to excellence, teamwork, expansion and continuous improvement. Our culture is built on employee development, collaboration, and a growth mindset—and we want leaders who are excited to help our teams thrive.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Field Operations Manager is a leadership role responsible for overseeing our moving crews and dispatch operations. This person will be on the front lines of employee growth, coaching and mentoring team members, and ensuring optimal headcount to ensure operations run smoothly while keeping both clients and employees highly satisfied.
If you love coaching and developing people, enjoy solving challenges in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of a company that truly values its workforce, this could be the perfect fit.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead and support moving crews, ensuring they perform at a high level and follow company standards and procedures.
  • Build rapport with a diverse workforce, fostering accountability, growth, and collaboration.
  • Provide coaching and feedback, holding teams accountable while leading with positivity and encouragement.
  • Oversee dispatch operations, ensuring efficient job assignments and crew deployment.
  • Manage dispatch team staffing, including scheduling, planning headcount, and ensuring coverage for operational demand.
  • Handle damage claims and escalations with professionalism and care, translating client feedback into training and process improvements.
  • Drive compliance with company policies while continuously improving operational processes.
  • Partner with leadership to strengthen employee engagement, retention, and development.
  • Support ongoing operational expansion initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you should be someone who:

  • Thrives in a team environment, but can also self-manage, prioritize, and juggle competing demands.
  • Has experience coaching and developing teams, using encouragement and positivity to inspire growth.
  • Is equally comfortable holding people accountable when standards or expectations aren’t being met.
  • Brings strong organizational skills and a process-oriented mindset.
  • Communicates clearly and professionally with both clients and employees
