• Valid U.S. driver’s license.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in construction management or related fields with a strong understanding of construction site operations.
• Proficiency in construction estimating software such as HeavyBid, along with experience using Bluebeam for document management.
• Familiarity with project scheduling tools like Primavera P6 and Civil 3D for design purposes.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, project coordination, and time management principles.
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints accurately is essential for effective oversight of projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage field crews to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and on budget.
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and coordination of plumbing and construction projects.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve company performance.
• Take ownership of field operations with minimal oversight, ensuring projects run smoothly.
• Collaborate directly with ownership to align company goals and adapt processes where needed.
• Manage budgets, costs, and timelines while maintaining profitability.
• Provide leadership in areas where additional structure, organization, or accountability are needed.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through clear communication and professionalism.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera P6 for project scheduling and tracking progress.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and adherence to contracts.
• Prepare and review construction estimates using HeavyBid and other estimating tools.
• Ensure accurate blueprint reading for effective project implementation.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project status, challenges, and timelines.
• Implement best practices in project management to enhance efficiency and productivity on-site.
