About the Role The Service Engineer and Operational Field Operations team includes a dedicated group of Field Service Engineers (FSEs) who serve as crucial partners for technicians and service staff across the Ford dealership network. Their mission is to optimize technical performance, improve workshop metrics, and ensure efficient vehicle repair. As the Field Operations Strategy Supervisor, you will step into a newly created role designed to be the strategic engine behind the FSE team. Your primary objective is to install a more efficient framework of systems and processes, allowing our field team to operate with maximum impact. You will focus on developing and administering the tools, datasets, and governance structures that manage the team’s workload and drive performance across Australia and New Zealand.
