ROLE OVERVIEW

As our Field Operations supervisor, you’ll be the engine behind our daily operations, streamlining workflows, coordinating logistics, and ensuring our field teams deliver excellence every time. You’ll work closely with leadership to refine processes, manage resources, and support our mission to build a transparent, efficient, and values-led organisation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities across clearance and logistics functions
• Coordinate technician schedules, vehicle allocation, and job routing
• Monitor service delivery standards and resolve operational issues swiftly
• Support CRM (Salesforce) implementation and workflow optimisation
• Collaborate with HR and leadership on team performance and accountability
• Maintain compliance with health & safety and environmental regulations
• Analyse operational data to identify trends and improve efficiency
• Assist with device rollout and field service tools for technicians
• Contribute to branded documentation and internal process guides
• Follow established procedures with precision and consistency
