Quadient is seeking to recruit a Field Operations Support Technician to join our growing team to cover the North of the UK. This role is essential in supporting our Senior Field Service Technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of both Smart Parcel Lockers and Mail-Related Systems. The successful candidate will handle manual equipment setup, ensure safe and efficient transportation of goods and parts, and perform basic maintenance tasks on our devices. Opportunity is remote field role based in the North of the UK.

  • Maintenance and Repairs - Perform routine maintenance tasks on Quadient’s Smart Parcel Lockers and Mail-Related Systems.
  • Assist in resolving minor technical issues to minimize equipment downtime.
  • Logistics and Equipment Handling - Safely transport equipment, parts, and tools using a company-provided vehicle.
  • Use proper loading techniques to avoid equipment damage.
  • Customer Service - Act as a point of contact for customers during site visits, providing updates and answering basic queries.
  • Administrative Duties - Maintain accurate records of completed tasks, equipment transported, and parts used via Service Max.
  • Compliance and Safety - Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment
