The Outreach Team: Field Operations Talent Pool- One Application, Multiple Opportunities We are building a comprehensive Talent Pool of field staff for campaigns for the remainder of this year and for 2026. Roles You May Be Considered For With Your Single Application Field Director Field Directors work within the director team to build an office to scale from the ground up. They train voter contact canvassers in the field while canvassing themselves to lead by example, communicate long and short term goals to staff, and manage campaign reporting. Field Directors manage canvassers and Team Leads and report to the Lead Director. Lead Director Lead Directors recruit, train, and manage a team of local canvassers. They manage a team of one or more Deputy Directors and are responsible for building an office to scale from the ground up. Lead Directors report to the Project Director and are accountable for meeting high-impact goals while fostering a positive team culture. Campus and Community Organizer Organizers develop and grow relationships on college campuses and in nearby communities, recruit and train volunteers, and drive turnout to town halls and events. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, people-centered campaign environments and excels at community engagement. General Qualifications Must Have: Leadership experience with the ability to motivate, grow, and manage teams Eagerness to lead from the front and engage directly with communities Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Passion for community organizing and fostering civic engagement Demonstrated commitment to equity and inclusion Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Clear and effective communication skills, both written and spoken Strong work ethic and ability to persevere through challenges Nice to Have: Experience running paid canvasses or managing paid employees Experience working in underserved or marginalized communities Facilitation experience Local knowledge of campaign areas Prior experience on issue or electoral campaigns Background in event planning or community organizing Familiarity with campaign tools and data tracking systems Benefits We offer a generous benefits package, including paid vacation and sick leave, health insurance, and hands-on training.
