You like to move and are able to work during non-routine hours. You are thorough, organised and have a great attention to detail and strong execution skills. You know how to be customer facing when required and devise quick solutions in a creative and effective way.

• Work experience in an operational position or field
• Basic technical knowledge and skills
• you have a KVK- the permit to work as a contractor/ freelance in the Netherlands

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Be accountable for projects challenges or constraints and have proactive approach in crisis management
• Be Tulu’s primary contact person in the field.
• Run the daily maintenance of TULU units in Hamburg
• Cleaning, operating, and fixing of our products
• Inventory management and repair orders
• Hardware check and troubleshooting
• App QA
• New site installation assistance / management (if applicable)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a motivated team player with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn, someone ready to get directly involved with our product and become an expert of it while mastering all aspects of field operations and execution.
This opening is available as a full-time or part-time opportunity, a skilled operational role carrying the responsibility for the logistics of TULU’s products, units and inventory.
