Job Description Field Operator-IV As a Field Operator, you will be providing wellsite support and guidance to our global customers. You will have the opportunity to solve interesting and complex problems while utilizing the latest technology. As a Field Operator-IV, you will be responsible for: Perform rig-up, rig-down, and operation of wireline equipment at well sites. Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical tools. Participate in pre-job planning, toolbox talks, and risk assessments. Maintain accurate job documentation and ensure compliance with HSE standards. To be successful in this role you will: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. 5+ years of experience in oilfield operations, preferably wireline services. Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with oilfield equipment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Strong health, safety, and environmental (HSE) awareness. Basic English proficiency is required.
