Hire Digital is looking for a Field & Partner Marketing Associate to support the growth of our business in Malaysia. In this role, you will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships teams to execute marketing programs that drive SME acquisition, partner engagement, and pipeline growth. This is a highly execution-focused role covering field marketing, partner campaigns, events, and campaign operations. RESPONSIBILITIES Execute field marketing programs including industry events, networking sessions, and partner activations. Manage end-to-end event execution (vendors, logistics, invitations, run-of-show, and lead capture). Support partner marketing initiatives, including joint campaigns, webinars, and co-marketing activities. Coordinate the development of local marketing assets, including case studies, landing pages, email campaigns, and event collateral. Support execution of performance and campaign initiatives through landing page coordination, tracking (UTMs), and reporting. Work with Sales and Partnerships to ensure lead tracking, follow-ups, and campaign performance reporting. REQUIREMENTS 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or technology companies. Experience executing events, partner marketing programs, and integrated campaigns. Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills. Familiarity with CRM / marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar). Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
