Our Pressure Pumping team are expertise in Cementing, Coiled Tubing & Stimulation Partner with the best The Field Planner ensures flawless execution by coordinating field personnel resources according to the activity requirements, personnel competence levels and personnel availability. As a Field Planner, you will be responsible for: Short, mid & long-term personnel forecasting Ensuring Strategic crew selection Managing rotation schedules according to client expectation and helicopter availability Leading visas / work permits application process Obtaining and issue check-ins / correspond with client logistics Planning competency training teachings in collaboration with competency & career development leaders. Being responsible for proper job-related paperwork and other records for self and assigned crew. Being responsible for all resources, and logistics required to perform services related to technical training & competency for Wireline Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university Have a 5 years of operational Cementing/Coiled Tubing experience Have people managing experience is beneficial Have experience in planning, scheduling, or related roles is beneficial Have proven track record of success in developing and implementing career development initiatives is beneficial Have strong understanding of talent management principles and best practices. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Have minimum upper-intermediate Azerbaijani Russian and English Have in-depth knowledge of oilfield products and services Demonstrate leadership abilities, with experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing employees.
