FIELD PRESALES PRINCIPAL,ANZ ( BASE IN MELBOURNE OR SYDNEY )

RELEX is a fast-growing software company developing its own products that help retail companies plan and operate more efficiently. By accurately forecasting consumption of goods, we reduce inventory costs, increase availability, and cut waste. To achieve this, we use our in-house built terabyte scale in-memory database, which stores tens of billions of rows of data.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Working closely with Account Executives and Sales Managers in challenging and fast-paced environment to close new deals and maximise business value with both new and existing RELEX customers
  • Providing solution & supply chain industry guidance to prospective and existing RELEX customers.
  • Joining a growing global team as we seek to continue our rapid success story in the APAC region
  • Joining and leading discussions with retailers and wholesalers.

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Becoming a trusted advisor to our customers through open, honest and transparent engagement
  • Providing expertise on the RELEX solution current & future capability
  • Providing retail process consultancy, challenging the customer’s thinking, and giving insight into industry best practise
  • Preparing and delivering solution presentations and demonstrations
  • Conducting discovery workshops to understand the customer’s current situation & future aims
  • Describing our implementation methodology and building confidence in our ability to deliver
  • Calculating and presenting business cases using customer data
  • Highlighting how we differ from our competition
  • Understanding and articulating our case studies, showing how we provided value to other customers.
  • Managing, co-ordinating and ensuring quality of formal responses to RFIs, RFPs, etc.
  • Managing, co-ordinating and ensuring quality of PoCs supported by an expert central support team
  • Communicating the excitement we have to make a genuine difference for our customers
