Description
Product Life Cycle Management: Manage the entire product life cycle in the local market, including market gap analysis, product fit, pricing strategy, margin control, service offers, and ERP price list updates. New Product Development & Launches: Contribute to customer requirements for new products, coordinate Business Target Agreements, and own new product launches and end-of-life processes, including forecasts and financial expectations. Local Sales Strategy Support: Provide input into local sales strategy and collaborate with sales leadership to develop and execute action plans for growth, targeting customers, channels, and markets. Market & Competitive Insights: Collect Voice of Customer (VoC) and regulatory insights, run VoC campaigns, and deliver competitive analysis on product ranges, pricing, and market intelligence. Marketing Campaign Localization: Support global marketing teams with local insights for buyer personas and journey maps, and adapt segment campaigns for local relevance. Sales & Partner Enablement: Ensure relevant sales enablement materials are localized, deliver value-based sales training to commercial teams, and provide technical training to partners and customers. Certification & Standards Compliance: Coordinate product certification with local authorities and represent the company in standards committees and norm groups related to focus products. Strategy Development Contribution: Provide product-focused insights for local segment strategy workshops (Playing to Win) and contribute to strategic planning. Brand Awareness & Representation: Act as the local spokesperson for the product portfolio during events and PR opportunities, ensuring strong brand presence. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Line Managers, Business Development, Sales, Demand Generation, Channel Marketing, Content teams, and Service teams to ensure alignment and execution. Bachelor´s degree in technical studies or/and marketing; 5+ years of experience in product marketing; Proven track record working for a technical or industrial company. Strong business acumen, including revenue forecasting and pricing strategies; Entrepreneurial and Self-Starting Mindset: Ability to take initiatives, identify opportunities and execute; Knowledge of electrical products and fundamentals; Ability to collect and analyze Voice of Customer (VoC) and regulatory insights; Marketing expertise in demand generation and digital marketing; Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese; Proven experience working in cross-functional, matrix organizations with strong collaboration and influential leadership; Skilled at translating technical features into compelling commercial messaging; analytical thinker passionate about solving customer challenges. Flexibility and mobility: willingness to travel up to 40% within the region (EMEA occasionally); valid driving license.
