Description
In charge of Product lifecycle management for multi-Tier products: launching, maturity, end of Life and substitution of Power Management and Control Components (PMCC). Define Price strategy (by country) to meet market requirements in the region Drive New Product Launches to meet Profit plan and Middle East strategic plan. Initiate with Business Unit (BU) new Product Developments on Commercial Construction and Distribution and Retail segments to fit Middle East specific requirements. Manage Product improvement to match Middle East market specifications and requirements. In charge of technical and commercial Competitive assessment in the region to identify and work on gaps closure. Jointly with sales prescription team work on getting Consultant & key Utilities approvals in the region. Ensure products are following Local regulations in each country in the region. Support the achievement of sales target per Tier for PMCC product range in Middle East. Support the achievement of Local & End to End margins target for product ranges. Electrical engineering degree or relevant Min 8 years of experience in a similar position Strong technical knowledge of Power Distribution components Leadership skills with ability to build collaborative relationships with customers, colleagues, and other company personnel. Understands and practices the need for effective communications inside and outside the company (Strategic know-how). Understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Strong capability to implement strategy and drive growth. Experience/Knowledge of Power BI and Salesforce is a plus
