The Opportunity
As our Field Project Associate, you’ll be the essential “boots on the ground” for ADORE Homes. You’ll balance hands-on field work (finishing tasks, light handyman repairs, site inspections) with administrative and client-facing responsibilities (attending city inspections, paying fees, updating project managers). This hybrid role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving in the field but also wants a long-term career path in project management.
Salary: $55,000–$60,000 + bonus eligibility
Location: Based in Campbell, CA, with regular site visits across the Bay Area

What You’ll Do

  • Visit ADU project sites weekly to monitor progress and report back to the team
  • Perform light handyman work and finishing items as needed (minor repairs, installations, adjustments)
  • Represent ADORE Homes at city offices (paying fees, submitting documents, pulling permits)
  • Attend inspections and coordinate with city officials and inspectors
  • Assist PMs by gathering on-site information, photos, and updates for Buildertrend and internal tools
  • Communicate clearly with homeowners, vendors, and contractors
  • Troubleshoot field issues and support project managers in problem-solving
  • Ensure project sites remain safe, clean, and ready for progress
