We are seeking an experienced Field Project Lead – Access Control with 5+ years of hands-on experience installing and managing access control and other security systems such as Keyscan, Kantech, RBH, Protégé, Hikvision, and Aiphone. The ideal candidate is a skilled leader who can take projects from concept to completion, mentor technicians, and communicate effectively with clients in the field. Strong networking knowledge, low-voltage installation skills, and the ability to problem-solve on-site are essential.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years experience in Access Control/Security System Installations (e.g. Keyscan, Kantech, RBH, Protoge,Hikvision, Aiphone)
• Valid Driver’s License with clean abstract.
• Networking and low voltage electronic experience (Strong networking skills an asset)
• Demonstrate strong work ethic, leadership skills, ability to train, ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints
• Ability to work at heights and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to pull cable and conduit as required.
• Proficiency with power tools and hand tools.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on-site
• Comfortable working in various environments (including outdoor sites and parking garages).
