What We’re Searching For Capital is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Field Project Manager. This position plays a pivotal role in the success of our concrete and masonry projects. We are looking for a forward-looking professional who shares our commitment to excellence and aligns with our values. What You’ll Do: Coordinating with superintendents and customers to understand project requirements, expectations and timeliness Lead a dedicated team of job superintendents, laborers, and subcontractors. Oversee multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless coordination and successful execution. Analyze project specifications and blueprints to develop comprehensive and competitive project estimates. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Maintain relationships with existing clients and explore opportunities for additional projects What You Need: 3-5 Years of experience in commercial construction project management Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related discipline is a plus. Working Knowledge of construction processes Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel Solid understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety protocols. Who is RallyX?
