JOB DESCRIPTION:

Fagan Concrete Foundations is seeking an experienced Concrete Foundation Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing foundation projects, with a strong focus on laying out foundations and setting precise elevations. This role requires excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead a team to ensure the successful completion of construction projects.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in concrete foundation construction and with at least 3 years in a project management role.
• Demonstrated experience in laying out foundations and setting elevations using advanced surveying tools.

SKILLS:

• Proficient in the use of GPS, total station, transits, laser levels, and other surveying equipment.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
