    We are looking for a Field Project Manager, Construction Operations (Midwestern to West United States) to help lead our Renovation Management operations in local markets to oversee ongoing REO & REIT projects, contractor mentoring, orientation & performance, as well as developing policies and procedures for each step in the process. National experience with large institutional clients like Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Real Estate Investment Companies is required.

    Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Manage market operations with on-site/in person research, assist with contractor meetings & recruiting, and contractor performance & coaching in support of the REO & REIT department - We want you to lead from the front!
  • Scope creation per client specifications, design book, and ‘clean, safe & functional’ objectives.
  • Managing the bidding and estimating utilizing RenoWalk platform or other approved bid platforms.
  • Execute on the specifications & SLA’s for our renovation clients with the local contractor team.
  • Reviewing & enforcing client design specifications to our contractor team while managing their respective capacity requirements
  • Manage the pipeline of approved workload to ensure successful completion and coordination of all efforts with team members.
  • Lead the local market procurement/purchase process & required approvals with the contractor team and Altisource.
  • Review and ensure assigned projects are completed within budgets and agreed to SLA’s while meeting business objectives and overall guidelines.
  • Prepare and make monthly presentations to renovation management regarding local market on-going operations & client deliverables.
    Qualifications

WHAT ABOUT YOU? You have…

  • A vast history of construction knowledge with at least 10 years of REO & REIT experience to including an emphasis on scope creation, estimating/bidding, project management, contractor orientation & performance, and repair execution.
  • Single Family Construction & Remodeling experience with a National/State level Project Management background.
  • High-level construction remodeling & management experience to include excellent decision-making capabilities, above average organizational skills, strong attention to detail.
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office applications, RenoWalk scoping application, and HOVER/Eagle View applications.
  • Reliable transportation for site visits
  • We will include a vehicle allowance of $1000/month
  • Candidates must own their own vehicle.
  • Must have valid Driver License
  • Must have valid car insurance with minimum overages in placed at all times
  • Must be located in the Western half of the US, and be willing to travel up to 80% of the time
