THE ROLE

We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Field Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of renewable energy projects. From residential installations to large-scale commercial developments and ongoing maintenance services, you’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
In this fast-paced role, you’ll be working closely with our Head of Operations, fellow Project Managers, and installation teams. We want someone who thrives in a team environment but also takes initiative to drive success and continuously develop their skills. If you have a ‘get stuck in’ attitude and love seeing projects come to life, this is the role for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets for field operations while ensuring milestones and deadlines are met within scope, time, and budget constraints; coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Site Management & Supervision: Oversee daily field operations to ensure work meets quality and safety standards, conduct site inspections for compliance, and address any on-site issues or delays efficiently.
  • Health, Safety & Compliance: Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations, ensuring adherence to industry standards, company policies, and legal requirements; conduct safety meetings, risk assessments, and incident investigations as needed.
  • Resource & Workforce Management: Manage on-site workforce, including contractors and company staff, ensuring efficient use of materials, equipment, and other resources while optimising productivity and cost-effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Communication & Reporting: Serve as the primary point of contact for field-related inquiries, provide regular progress reports to senior management and clients, and address client concerns to meet their expectations.
  • Quality Assurance & Problem-Solving: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and specifications, identify potential risks with contingency planning, and proactively troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
