Location: SA Position: Permanent full time Benefits: Company vehicle + laptop + phone provided What you’ll be doing: Ensuring top-tier quality by implementing and upholding the Quality Management Plan, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and all relevant regulations. Conduct on-site inspections, ensuring work meets nbn’s high standards while identifying areas for improvement. Provide detailed product quality reports, analyse trends, and identify areas for continuous improvement. Work closely with client representatives, conduct joint field audits, and address quality control issues proactively. Ensure all field assurance activities align with the audit schedule and operational requirements. Who we’re looking for: We’d love that if you can hit the ground running - If you have strong knowledge of FTTP, FTTC, FTTN, HFC, or basic civils, you are on the right path. A Quality-focused leader with experience in Quality Management or Supervisory roles within the telecommunications or infrastructure sectors. A strong problem solver with the ability to spot issues before they arise and work with stakeholders to resolve them efficiently. A confident communicator who can liaise with field teams, internal stakeholders, and client representatives Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for reporting and data analysis.
