Quality Management system (10-20%) Follow APAC Quality Policy, Standards and Code of Practices Manage Nonconformity of field production activities. Knowledge transfer field production team and growers field quality standard (Field score card) Follow corrective action and preventive action of NC happen on the field Update the local quality standards for field quality regulation 2. Conduct field inspection as assigned location (70-80%) Make field inspection planning base on planting schedule, conduct field inspection, ensure strictly follow schedule and on time inspection. Collect field quality data and record NC immediately, take proper action to mitigate field NC Ensure the compliance Field Quality Score card and process. Make daily record, monthly report to support field rating decision Some case requires field wet cob sampling to analysis NC, support to take sample. Implement seeds quality improvement program in field quality by developing, tracking, and improving leading indicators of quality Follow up harvesting MC, ensure proper harvesting schedule Support true type wet cob samples to support the sorting in Toller. Conduct GOT and FET for inventory and channel quality control 3. Support Toller processing after done harvesting season (10-30%) Web cob receiving supervision Packing supervision 4. HSE culture building. To insure the effective implementation of HSE requirement within field quality team. 5. Other Provide support to Seed Quality Manager in her daily management tasks when required Provide support to and close cooperation with colleagues in good teamwork and shared projects on quality and packaging. Qualifications Have experience quality control in seed industry is a plus Quality risk assessment of product Experience on Quality Management System and Total quality management Teamwork development and reliability in relationships across functions. Positive attitude to change, innovation, creativity. Abilities to challenge ideas and to accept alternative views.

Responsibilities

The role involves managing field production quality by following APAC Quality Policy, handling nonconformities, and conducting field inspections according to the planting schedule to ensure compliance with quality standards. Responsibilities also include supporting post-harvest processing supervision and promoting HSE culture within the quality team.
