POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Field Representative, you’ll represent our brands in stores, driving visibility and sales through effective merchandising. You’ll work independently, collaborate with store managers, and use mobile apps to capture brand data.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Positive mindset with emotional intelligence, grit, and coachability.
  • Familiarity with growth mentality and goal achievement.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort with electronic apps.
  • Passion for CPG industry and self-directed work.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities
  • Merchandise products across assigned retail locations.
  • Visit stores on a designated route during between 8am and 5pm
  • Collaborate with store managers and internal teams.
  • Capture brand data using apps like Repsly and WhatsApp.
  • Secure and Execute displays and fill voids to enhance sales.
  • Build and maintain strong store relationships.
  • Follow KPI targets and contribute to projects.
