The Field Retail Merchandiser is responsible for achieving excellence in-store by adhering to Beiersdorf’s core principles of ‘The Perfect Store’. In this role, you will enhance visibility and merchandising for our key brands—NIVEA, Eucerin, and Elastoplast—by implementing off-shelf displays. You will also report your in-store observations to various stakeholders and ensure that all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met through ongoing improvements.
