    Working across our key brands of Nivea, Elastoplast and Eucerin, the Field Retail Merchandiser is responsible for executing merchandising strategies and ensuring that products are presented in an appealing manner in retail stores. This role involves working closely with store management, sales teams to optimise product placement, inventory management, and promotional displays.
Responsibilities

YOUR TASKS

Product Placement: Ensure that products are displayed according to company guidelines and planograms, maximizing visibility and accessibility for customers.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and removing outdated or damaged products.
Promotional Displays: Set up and maintain promotional displays and signage to attract customer attention and drive sales.
Store Visits: Conduct regular visits to assigned retail locations to assess merchandising standards, gather feedback, and implement improvements.
Collaboration: Work closely with store management and staff to understand customer preferences and sales trends, providing insights to enhance merchandising strategies.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of merchandising activities, including photos of displays, inventory levels, and sales performance, and report findings to management.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform merchandising strategies
