This is a temporary position. What You’ll Do Lead project safety initiatives, conduct inspections and audits, provide training and coaching, and foster a culture of proactive safety awareness. Partner with Construction and Project Managers to enhance safety compliance and foster a Zero Harm safety culture. Collect and analyze leading indicator data to detect trends and implement measures to continuously improve project safety performance and culture. Be the go-to safety resource for EPCS team members and clients, ensuring adherence to safety standards and industry best practices on all EPCS construction projects. What We’re Looking For: EPCS is seeking a dynamic field leader who is not only technically skilled but also passionate about building relationships, inspiring teams, and modeling safety. Minimum Qualifications: OSHA 30 trained (or MSHA equivalent) and current training in First Aid, CPR, and AED. Bachelor’s degree in safety or a professional safety certification (e.g., CUSP, CSP), or at least 5 years of safety management experience. Construction Health & Safety Technician (CHST) Certification is preferred. Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) experience a plus. Strong experience with application-based safety management systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Willingness to relocate and reside near the project site.
