Responsibilities

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN THE ROLE OF A FIELD SALES ADVISOR AT AIRBAND

  • Take ownership of your territory, attend local events, meetings and fairs.
  • Develop good relationships with the community and identify their challenges and provide solutions to meet their needs.
  • Visit customers directly to gather information to find the best solution to understand their broadband requirements.
  • Identify the best connection method be that Fibre or Wireless
  • Foster customer relationships via further visits and telephone calls and encourage referrals.
  • When it’s raining (or snowing) and knocking on the door is more of a challenge, continue to build relationships over the phone, being pro-active and making calls to prospects and new customers.
  • And of course, you will need to meet individual and team sales targets.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE ROLE:

  • Previous Sales experience (essential)
  • Experience with Field, Outside or door-to-door sales (beneficial)
  • Capable of building rapport with customers
  • Pro-active target driven approach
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Be flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Great communicator who can also be an active listener
  • Be part of a dynamic Team who can problem solve and negotiate.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
