JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Working on sales and marketing strategy with the General Manager, internal teams, clients, and partners.
• Generating leads.
• Engaging in fieldwork.
• Capable of thoroughly researching various types of paint products, pricing structures, analyzing advantages and disadvantages, evaluating top-selling products. (Standard questions will be provided)
• Collecting data for feedback on a new paint product, including inquiries about discounts, freebies, and other related request from the owners.
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Complying daily reports.
• Present weekly sales report.
• Establish a seamless connection between the client and the company.
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
• Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
• Understanding and promoting company programs.
• Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
• Answering client commonly asked questions such as products, prices, and availability

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales or any related field but still considering undergraduate, vocational and senior high school graduate(ABM and HUMMS only)
• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
• A commitment to excellent customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including word and excel.
• Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
