About the Role We’re looking for a driven and proactive Field Sales & Product Trainer to represent MANTLE across our key retail partners in Denmark. In this Field Sales & Product Trainer role, you will be the face of MANTLE in-store, acting as both a commercial driver and educational expert across our Danish retail partners. You will ensure store teams feel supported, confident, and fully equipped to speak about the brand and our products. Most importantly, you will play a key role in driving sell-through, building strong customer relationships, and elevating MANTLE’s presence on the shop floor. The hours are flexible, will vary from month to month, and include evenings and weekends. Key Responsibilities Serve as MANTLE’s Field Sales & Product Training expert across the 200 Danish retail stores where MANTLE is listed, building strong partnerships and driving sell-through performance. Provide personalised product recommendations and professional skincare consultations to customers. Lead in-store product training sessions, ensuring retail teams are confident, knowledgeable, and fully equipped to sell MANTLE. Clearly communicate MANTLE’s brand story, values, hero products, and key selling points to both customers and store staff. Achieve and exceed daily and weekly sales targets through proactive selling and strong floor presence. Maintain excellent visual merchandising standards, ensuring shelves are fully stocked, clean, and consistently on-brand. Support store teams with stock management, replenishment, and basic operational follow-up to optimize sales. Build long-term relationships with retail staff and store managers, acting as the key field contact for MANTLE. Share structured store insights, customer feedback, competitor observations, and performance updates with MANTLE HQ in Stockholm. Who You Are 2+ years of experience in field sales, preferably within beauty, skincare, or premium lifestyle brands. Strong network within Scandinavian retail (beauty chains, department stores, and concept stores is a plus). Fluent in Danish and English. Passionate about skincare, beauty, and creating memorable customer experiences. A confident communicator, comfortable speaking about products, routines, ingredients, and brand values. Commercially driven with a clear sales mindset and proactive approach. Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with strong time-management skills. Experienced in building strong relationships with store staff and actively supporting both sell-in and sell-out performance. Comfortable working with a high degree of flexibility, with the majority of hours scheduled during evenings and weekends. Available to work a minimum of two weekends per month. Valid driver’s license required; access to a car is a strong advantage.
