Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY:

Responsible for generating new leads and securing projects through in-person outreach, including door-to-door visits, networking, and community engagement. Builds strong client relationships while promoting the company’s construction contracting services across residential and commercial markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct door-to-door outreach to homeowners, businesses, and property managers.
  • Present the company’s services and explain project capabilities on-site.
  • Gather potential project details and schedule follow-up meetings.
  • Generate and qualify leads through field visits, networking events, and referrals.
  • Prepare and deliver estimates and proposals directly to clients.
